Self-Paying Patients:
We have transparent fee policy, and all our charges for consultations and out-patient procedures are published. For benefit of patients the complete services have been created as care bundles with individual prices.
Any additional services or tests that patients may choose to have will be charged as per published prices. We have no cash policy and will be accepting payments in cash at our clinics.
Insurance Patients:
Patients expecting to use private medical insurance will need to check with their insurance company before using our services and obtain authorisation for consultant as well as clinic. A policy authorisation code must be obtained prior to visit and failure to produce such authorisation may incur charges being paid by patients. Most Insurance companies pay in full however, some policies have some shortfall to be paid by the patients.
CCG Patients:
If you have been referred to our services directly by your GP (Clinical Commissioning Groups) under negotiated contract, activity-based invoices will be submitted for the services rendered to CCG. Please note thatnot all the services offered by us may be covered under these contracts and charges may be applicable if you want to avail a service beyond agreed terms with CCGs.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that we reserve the right to charge fees in accordance with our cancellation policy for non-attendance and late cancellations. Corporate contracts may differ in fee scale and notice period; please check with your employer for contract terms.
Our standard cancellation policy: Medicals & Screening: 48 hours minimum notice period for cancellations or rescheduling. Notice less than 48 hours will incur 50% charge of appointment fee; DNA will incur a full fee charged.
All other services: 24-hour minimum notice period for cancellation or rescheduling. Notice less than 24 hours will incur the full fee charged. DNAs will incur a full fee charged.
